How it works 🤓
- Sign up on our ReferralsHub using your email (work or personal, whichever you prefer). We only use this to give you access and track your referrals; we'll never use it for marketing or any other purpose.
- Browse open roles. Once you're in, you'll see an overview of the positions you can refer someone for.
- Submit your referral. Pick the role, click “make a referral” and answer a few questions about the person you're referring & fill in the form with your contact details.
- We'll take it from there. Our People & Culture team will review the referral and, if it's a match, reach out to your referral directly. If it's not a match, we'll let you know too, so you can pass the update along yourself.
Rewards 🎁
Each open role shows its specific reward, so you'll always know what's on offer before you refer. For external referrals, rewards come as Amazon vouchers of up to €500 or $600, depending on the role.
Reward Payout 💸
Amazon vouchers are sent within 30 days after the referred person's first day at Synera. We'll get in touch with you directly to arrange the details.
A few things to know
- Please make sure the person you're referring knows you're referring them 😊
- We review every referral fairly and in the same way, regardless of who submits it.
- You'll be able to see the status of your referral(s) right in the ReferralsHub, if the hiring is successful.
